Already,76%ofbusinessleadersacrossourinternational

survey1saythatifbusinessesdonotinvestinAItoolstheywillbeatacompetitivedisadvantage.Atthesametime,81%areactivelyinvestinginAIand91%saytheirbusinesswillinthenextfiveyears.ButifAIisanunstoppablejuggernaut,westillhavetheopportunitytorespondtowhatitcanofferandensureitcanbecomeaforceforgoodforindividuals,theorganizationstheyworkfor,andsocietyasawhole.Inparticular,whereweknowAImayshapehowcompanies

recruitstaff,manageperformance,trainemployeesandmore,itisvitalthatweexploreboththeopportunitiesandhowtomanagetheimplicationsofturningtothesetools.

BSI’sresearch,showsusthatthereareanumberofareastoconsider.Inthispaperwediscusseachoneinturn,withtheintentionofencouragingaconversationabouthowtoensureweallbenefitfromAIinthefutureofwork.
