第二条居间服务内容

2.1服务范围referstothescopeofservicesthatPartyBisresponsiblefor,includingbutnotlimitedtosearchingforbusinesspartners,negotiatingcontracts,andprovidingconsultation.

2.3服务期限referstothedurationofthemediationservicesprovidedPartyB,whichisfromtheeffectivedateofthiscontracttotheexpirationdateofthiscontract.

第三条双方的义务与责任

3.1乙方的义务referstotheobligationsofPartyB,includingprovidingtheagreeduponmediationservices,maintainingconfidentiality,andnotdisclosinganysensitiveinformationofPartyA.

3.3甲方的义务referstotheobligationsofPartyA,suchaspayingthemediationfeeinatimelymannerandprovidingPartyBwiththenecessaryinformationfortheprovisionofmediationservices.

第四条居间服务费用

4.1费用的计算referstothecalculationmethodofthemediationfee,whichisbasedontheactualhoursofmediationservicesprovidedPartyBandtheagreeduponhoyrate.

4.2费用的支付referstothepaymentmethodofthemediationfee,whichisbanktransfer,PayPal,orotheragreeduponpaymentmethodswithin
