【话题·导语】

中非合作论坛是中华人民共和国和非洲国家之间在南南合作范畴内的集体对话机制，成立于2000年。论坛的宗旨是平等互利、平等磋商、增进了解、扩大共识、加强友谊、促进合作。论坛的成员包括中华人民共和国、与中国建交的53个非洲国家以及非洲联盟委员会。中非合作论坛部长级会议每3年举行一届。部长级会议召开前一年举行一次高官会议，为部长级会议做准备。2024年中非合作论坛峰会于9月4日至6日在北京举行。

OnThursday,representativesfromChinaandAfricadiscussedenhancinginternationalexchangeandcooperationinvolunteerservicesataforumheldinChangsha,Hunanprovince.

Chinesevolunteerrepresentativessharedtheirexperiencesinemergencyrelief,schoolconstruction,medicalaid,andorganizingsportscompetitionsinAfrica,whiletheircounterpartssharedstoriesofvolunteeringinChina.

TheInternationalVolunteerServicesForum,oneofthesub-forumsoftheSeventhChina-AfricaPeoplesForumandtheSeventhChina-AfricaYoungLeadersForum,aimstodeepenChina-Africavolunteerserviceexchangesandcooperationthroughin-depthdiscussionsandexperiencesharing.ThisforumalsoseekstocontributevolunteereffortstofosterfriendshipbetweenChinaandAfricaandbuildacloserChina-Africacommunitywithasharedfuture.

TheforumwasguidedbytheSocialWorkDepartmentoftheCommunistPartyofChinaCentralCommittee,theInternationalDepartmentoftheCPCCentralCommitteeandtheCPCHunanProvincialCommittee,andorganizedbytheChinaVolunteerServiceFederation.

TheforumsthemeisVolunteeringforaBetterFuture:EnhancingInternationalExchangesandCooperationonVolunteerServicestoJointlyBuildaCommunitywithaSharedFutureforMankind.

Approximately200governmentofficials,internationalorganizationleaders,expertsandscholars,representativesfromenterprises,socialorganizations,andmediafromChinaandAfricancountriesparticipatedintheforum.
