舒适护理的神经内镜下经鼻蝶入路垂体瘤切除术患者围手术期的效果分析

【摘要】目的分析舒适护理的神经内镜下经鼻蝶入路垂体瘤切除术患者围手术期的效果。方法选择2022年2月至2023年3月之间在我院行神经内镜下经鼻蝶入路垂体瘤切除术的80例患者，对纳入患者展开回顾性分析，将80例患者均分舒护组与临护组，舒护组患者予以舒适护理，临护组患者予以常规护理，对舒护组与临护组患者的护理结局进行对比。结果舒护组护理满意度远高于临护组，2组数据差有统计学意义（P0.05）。舒护组住院时间与费用远少于临护组，2组数据差有统计学意义（P0.05）。舒护组并发症发生率远低于临护组，2组数据差有统计学意义（P0.05）。护理前，舒护组与临护组患者生活质量差异极小（P0.05）；护理后，舒护组患者生活质量远超于临护组，2组数据差有统计学意义（P0.05）。护理前，舒护组与临护组患者负面情绪差异极小（P0.05）；护理后，舒护组负面情绪远轻于临护组，2组数据差有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论舒适护理的神经内镜下经鼻蝶入路垂体瘤切除术患者围手术期的效果更突出，值得临床广泛运用。

【Abstract】ObjectiveToanalyzetheperioperativeeffectofcomfortnursinginpatientsundergoingpituitarytumorresectionthroughnasalsphenoidalapproachunderneuroendoscopy.MethodsAretrospectiveanalysiswasperformedon80patientswhounderwentendoscopictransnasalsphenoidalneuroendoscopicpituitarytumorresectioninourhospitalfromFebruary2022toMarch2023.The80patientswereevenlydividedintothepalliativecaregroupandtheimmediatecaregroup.Thepatientsinthepalliativecaregroupweregivencomfortablecare,whilethoseintheimmediatecaregroupweregivenroutinecare.Thenursingoutcomesofpatientsinthepalliativecaregroupandtheimmediatecaregroupwerecompared.ResultsNursingsatisfactioninthenursingcaregroupwasmuchhigherthanthatinthenursingcaregroup,andthedifferencebetweenthetwogroupswasstatisticallysignificant(P0.05).Thehospitalstayandcostinthenursinggroupweremuchlessthanthoseinthenursinggroup,andthedifferencebetweenthetwogroupswasstatisticallysignificant(P0.05).Theincidenceofcomplicationsinthepalliativecaregroupwasmuchlowerthanthatintheimmediatecaregroup,andthedifference
