DellEndUserLicenseAgreement

ThisEndUserLicenseAgreementandthedocumentsincorporatedbyreferencebelow(E-EULA)appliestoanySoftware(meaningapplication,microcode,

rmwareandoperatingsystemsoftwareinobjectcodeformat)whentheE-EULAisreferencedorincorporatedintoanyotherdocument,andinanysituationin

whichtherearenoothertermsandconditionsgoverninguseofSoftware.ThisSoftwareandassociatedmaterialscontainsproprietaryandcondential

information.UseoftheSoftwareissubjectto,andexpresslyconditioneduponcompliancewiththisE-EULA.

ThisE-EULAisalegallybindingagreementbetweentheentitythathasobtainedtheSoftware(“EndUser”)andLicensor(whichmaybeaDellInc.Aliateoran

authorizedreseller(“Reseller”),asexplainedbelow).IfEndUserhasawritten,signedagreementwithaDellInc.Aliatethatexpresslyprovidesforthelicensing

ofSoftware,thenthatagreement,andnotthisE-EULA,willgovern.

HOWTODETERMINETHELICENSOR

ObtainingDirectlyfromaDellInc.AliateIfEndUserprocuredtheSoftwarelicense(s)directlyfromaDellInc.liate,thenthe“Licensor”underthisE-EULAis

providedat/swlicensortable.ThisE-EULAgovernsEndUser’suseoftheSoftwareandtheDocumentation(asdenedbelow).

ObtainingFromaReseller.IfEndUserprocuredtheSoftwarelicense(s)fromaReseller,thentheResellermaydooneofthefollowingtoestablishtheLicensorandthe

licensetermsgoverning
