[摘要]目的探讨影响ICU脓毒症患者预后不良的危险因素。方法回顾性分析2019年1月~2019年12月我院重症监护病房（ICU）间收治的50例脓毒症患者作为研究对象，按临床转出ICU病情转归情况分为死亡组和存活组，收集并比较两组患者的临床资料及相关实验室指标，采用Logistic回归方程对影响ICU脓毒症患者预后不良的危险因素进行分析。
结果死亡组与存活组患者在年龄、APACHEⅡ评分、降钙素原、尿素氮、血肌酐、白蛋白等指标差异比较上均具有统计学意义（P0.05）；多因素Logistic回归分析显示患者高龄、APACHEⅡ评分≥20分、降钙素原≥0.5ug/L、尿素氮≥9mmol/L、血肌酐≥176umol/L等均是影响ICU脓毒症预后不良的危险因素（P均0.05）。结论ICU脓毒症患者高龄、APACHEⅡ评分≥20分、降钙素原≥0.5ug/L、尿素氮≥9mmol/L、血肌酐≥176umol/L等均是影响其预后不良的危险因素，临床中应予以高度重视。

[Abstract]ObjectiveToexploretheriskfactorsforpoorprognosisinICUpatientswithsepsis.MethodsaretrospectiveanalysisfromJanuary2019toDecember2019,ourhospitalintensivecareunit(ICU)of50casesofpatientswithsepsisastheresearchobject,accordingtotheclinicaltransferconditionintheICUoutcomeispidedintodeathandsurvivalgroups,collectandcomparethetwogroupsofpatientswithclinicaldataandrelatedlaboratoryindicators,usingLogisticregressionequationtoaffecttheprognosisofpatientswithsepsisintheICUadverseriskfactorswereanalyzed.
