中西医结合护理干预在急性胰腺炎患者护理中的效果评价

【摘要】目的：以180例急性胰腺炎患者作为研究对象，探究给予患者中西医结合护理干预措施进行护理的临床应用效果。方法：本研究选取2015年1月～2016年12月期间在我院进行治疗的180例急性胰腺炎患者作为研究对象，随机将所有受试患者分为两组，其中对照组患者采用常规护理措施进行护理治疗；试验组患者则采用中西医结合护理干预措施进行护理治疗，对比两组患者的临床护理效果。结果：试验组患者的护理总有效率为97.78%，对照组患者的护理总有效率为82.22%，试验组显著高于对照组，P＜0.05，两组差异有统计学价值。在首次排便时间，体温恢复正常时间以及腹痛腹胀缓解时间等相关临床指标的对比上，试验组均显著短于对照组，P均＜0.05，两组差异均有统计学价值。结论：在急性胰腺炎患者的临床治疗过程中，采用中西医结合护理干预措施对患者进行护理治疗能显著改善患者的护理效果，有助于患者康复，值得在临床广泛推广应用。
