中西医护理结合骨科损伤控制理论在严重骨盆骨折患者中的运用

摘要：目的探究严重骨盆骨折患者采用中西医护理结合骨科损伤控制理论的临床效果。方法选取本院2013年3月~2016年8月收治的30例严重骨盆骨折患者，全部患者都根据骨科损伤控制理论予以救治，并予以中西医护理干预。结果全部患者都完成初步检查与治疗的平均时间（45±12）min，都安全送到有关专科持续治疗，24例患者后期在本院骨科接受内固定手术治疗，6例患者后期持续外支架进行保守治疗，并配合中西医护理，最后康复出院。结论严重骨盆骨折患者采用中西医护理结合骨科损伤控制理论的临床效果显著，可使多器官功能衰竭导致死亡的现象明显减少，促使患者存活率得以提高。

Abstract:ObjectiveToexploretheclinicaleffectofcombinedtreatmentoftraditionalChinesemedicineandWesternmedicineinthetreatmentofseverepelvicfracture.Methods30casesofseverepelvicfracturesweretreatedinourhospitalfromMarch2013to~2016inAugust.AllpatientsweretreatedaccordingtotheDepartmentoforthopedicsdamagecontroltheory,andthenursinginterventionwascarriedout.Resultsallpatientscompletedthepreliminaryexaminationandtreatmentoftheaveragetime(45+12)min,aresenttotherelevantsafetyspecialistcontinuedtreatment,24casesofpatientswithlateintheDepartmentoforthopedicsinourhospitalacceptedinternalfixationsurgery,6casesofpatientswithlatestentcontinuedconservativetreatment,andcombinedwithtraditionalChinesemedicineandWesternmedicinenursing,finallydischarged.ConclusionseverepelvicfracturesweretreatedwithtraditionalChinesemedicineandWesternmedicinecombinedwiththeclinicaleffectofDepartmentoforthopedicsnursingsignificantdamagecontroltheory,themultipleorganfailureleadingtodeathphenomenonsignificantlyreducedthesurvivalrateofthepatientscanbeimprovedto.
