TheCAT(ComputerAidedTransceiver)SystemintheFTDX10transceiverprovidescontroloffrequency,VFO,

memory,andothersettingssuchasdual-channelmemoriesanddiversityreceptionusinganexternalpersonal

computer.Thisallowsmultiplecontroloperationstobefullyautomatedwithsinglemouseclicks,orkeystroke

operationsonthecomputerkeyboard.

UsingtheUSBCable

TheFTDX10transceiverhasabuilt-inUSBtoDualUARTBridge,allowingdirectconnectionfromtherear-panel

USBjacktotheUSBjackofacomputerwithouttheneedforaninterfacedevice,simplyuseaUSBcableto

connecttotheUSBjackonthecomputer.

ToconnecttoaPCusingaUSBcable,aVirtualCOMportdrivermustbeinstalledonthePC.
