Article1:ContractObjective

TheobjectiveofthisContractistoestablishacooperativeoperationbetweenPartyAandPartyBforthepurposeof[specifythepurposeofthecooperation,suchasmanufacturing,distribution,etc.]withintheframeworkoflawsandregulationsofbothChinaandtheforeigncountryconcerned.

Article2:TermsofCooperation

3.Day-to-dayoperationsshallbemanagedbyanexecutiveteamappointedbytheboard.

Article5:OperationandBusiness

1.OperationshallbeconductedinaccordancewithlawsandregulationsofChinaandtheforeigncountryconcerned.

2.Bothpartiesshallworktogethertoestablishmarketingstrategies,productdevelopment,andotherkeybusinessareas.
