PCL6isthedefaultdriverandisrecommendedforprintinginallWindowsenvironments.Itprovidestheoverallbestspeed,printquality,andproduct-feature

supportformostusers,andhasbeendevelopedtoalignwiththeWindowsGraphicDeviceInterface(GDI)forthebestspeedinWindowsenvironments.However,

itmightnotbefullycompatiblewiththird-partyandcustomsoftwareprogramsthatarebasedonPCL5.Toaccessthedriver,seethe“Openprintdriver(PCL6

Driver)”document.

HowdoIStepstoperform

Selectadvancedprintingoptions.ClicktheAdvancedtab(1).

Inanyofthesections,clickacurrentsettingtoactivatea

dropdownlisttochangethesetting.

ChangethenumberofcopiesthatClickthesymboltoopenthePaper/Outputsection

areprinted(2),andthenenterthenumberofcopiestoprint(3).If2

ormorecopiesareselected,selecttheoptiontocollate3

thepages.

Changingthissettingaffectsthenumberofcopiesforall

printjobs.Afterthejobhasprinted,restorethissettingto

theoriginalvalue.
