摘要

随着物流、仓储产业的快速发展，人工码垛、机械液压码垛由于精度差、效率低、占地面积大等问题，对码垛技术的进一步提升提出了新的挑战。新型的码垛机具有经济性、高效性、准确性等特点，随着中国工业发展蒸蒸日上，在取代传统码垛方式的过程中具有难以逆转的优势。现今，大多数用户企业使用的码垛方式有四种：一种是人工码垛；第二种是使用传统方式的码垛机码垛；第三种是使用码垛机器人的方式码垛；第四种是使用全自动的码垛设备来完成码垛工作。由于一些经济和技术条件的原因，现在的企业使用比较多的还是传统的码垛方式，但就长远发展趋势来看，全自动码垛机的发展空间不容小视。

该课题将要完成货物码垛机的设计，该机用于将货物码垛堆垛。需要设计机械结构实现码垛操作，包括动力传递、摆放机构等的设计。

Abstract

Withtherapiddevelopmentoflogisticsandwarehousingindustry,manualpalletizingandmechanicalhydraulicpalletizingposenewchallengestothefurtherimprovementofpalletizingtechnologyduetopooraccuracy,lowefficiency,largefootprintandotherproblems.Thenewtypeofpalletizingmachinehasthecharacteristicsofeconomy,highefficiencyandaccuracy.WiththeboomingdevelopmentofChinasindustry,ithastheirreversibleadvantageintheprocessofreplacingthetraditionalpalletizingmode.Nowadays,mostuserenterprisesusefourwaysofpalletizing:oneismanualpalletizing;thesecondisthetraditionalwayofpalletizing;thethirdisthewayofpalletizing;thefourthistheuseofautomaticpalletizingequipmenttocompletethepalletizingwork.Duetosomeeconomicandtechnicalconditions,thecurrententerprisesusemoretraditionalpalletizingmethods,butinthelong-termdevelopmenttrend,thedevelopmentspaceofautomaticpalletizingmachinecannotbeunderestimated.

Thisprojectwillcompletethedesignofthecottonprocessor,whichisusedtostackthecottonprocessor.Itisnecessarytodesignthemechanicalstructuretorealizethepalletizingoperation,includingthedesignofpowertransferandplacementmechanism,aswellastheselectionofelectricalcontrolelements.
