Regulation12A.6-8and11.8asAmendedbyResolutionMEPC.141(54)reads:
6Forships,otherthanself-elevatingdrillingunits,havinganaggregateoilfuelcapacity
of600m3andabove,oilfuelshallbelocatedabovethemouldedlineofthebottomshell
platingnowherelessthanthedistancehasspecifiedbelow:
h=B/20mor,
h=2.0m,whicheveristhelesser.
Theminimumvalueofh=0.76m
Intheturnofthebilgeareaandatlocationswithoutaclearlydefinedturnofthebilge,
theoilfueltankboundarylineshallrunparalleltothelineofthemidshipflatbottomas
showninFigure1.
