ObjectiveofRole:

AsaQualityControlTechnician,myprimaryresponsibilityisensuringthattheproductsmanufacturedbythecompanymeetthehighestqualitystandards.Toachievethisgoal,Ihavetoperformavarietyoftasks,includinginspection,testing,analysisandmakingrecommendationsforprocessimprovement.

InspectionAnalysis:

Thetotalnumberofproductsinspectedoverthesixmonthswas10,000units,andtheerrorratewaslessthan1%.Iidentifiedseveralissuesthatimpactedthefinalproductquality.Theseincludedproblemswiththerawmaterials,defectsinthemanufacturingprocess,andhumanerrors.Icreatedadetailedreportonthesefindings,whichwassubmittedtotheQualityControlManager.Afterreviewingthereport,theManagerimplementedcorrectiveactionsthathelpedtoresolvetheproblems.

TestingAnalysis:

Isupervisedandconductedtestingonvariousproducts.Thesetestsincludedhardness,tensilestrength,anddimensionalaccuracy.Ialsoanalyzedthetestresultstodeterminetherootcauseoffailuresandproposedcorrectiveactions.Theaveragetestresultfortheproductswas90%,whichwasabovethetargetof85%.Ialsosuggestedsomeimprovementstoincreasethesensitivityofthetestingprocessinthefuture.

ProcessImprovement:

Iworkedwiththeproductionteamtodeterminetherootcausesofthequalitydefectsandproposedcorrectiveactions.Isuggestednewandinnovativemethodsthatwouldimproveproductquality,reducetheproductioncycletime,increasethethroughput,andreducewaste.Ialsotrackedtheimplementationoftheseactions,analyzedtheresults,andreportedthemtotheQualityControlManager.
