基于SQL Server平台完成数据库的设计 摘 要 随着现代信息技术的发展，各行各业无不在利用科学这把双刃剑推进企业的改革和发展，努力实现利用更少的精力完成更多的工作任务、提高工作效率并且将成本降低到最小化的目标。在医院这一行业中，由于工作流程的的不规范和繁杂，因此对人员的需求数量更多，成本也就更高。那么对于很多小规模的校医院而言，如何在信息技术变化多样的大环境中更好的生存成为他们的首要任务。 本文以长春工业大学校医院为研究对象，调查并且分析其组织现状，针对目前校医院管理存在的问题而开发本系统，主要解决了校医院人工管理体检信息以及体检只涉及身体而不涉及心理健康等方面的问题。本系统使用C#语言在Visual Studio 2010 平台的Windows窗体应用程序中进行开发，基于SQL Server平台完成数据库的设计，主要实现了采用信息化的方式管理在校师生的体检信息、优化校医院的门诊流程以及便捷医务研究人员获取体检数据从而分析健康水平的目标。最后，设计开发的校医院师生健康管理信息系统使校医院的管理更加规范、诊治工作更加便捷，在多变的大环境中更好发展。 关键词：体检管理 结构化开发方法 系统设计 师生健康 Development of Health Management Information System for Teachers and Students in Hospital of Changchun University of Technology Abstract：With the development of modern information technology, all walks of life are using science as a double-edged sword to promote the reform and development of enterprises, and strive to achieve the goal of using less energy to complete more tasks, improve work efficiency and reduce costs to a minimum. In the hospital industry, due to the irregularity and complexity of the work process, there is more demand for personnel and higher cost. So for many small-scale school hospitals, how to survive better in the changing environment of information technology has become their primary task. This paper takes Changchun University of Technology Hospital as the research object,investigates and analyses its organizational status, and in view of the existing problems in hospital management, develops the system, which mainly solves the problems of manual management of physical examination information and physical examination involving only the body but not mental health.
