PAGE PAGE I PAGE I PAGE I “顺丰优选”冷链物流成本控制策略分析 摘 要： 在物流管理体系中，各个控制环节都是非常重要的，在这些环节中有一环节就是物流成本控制，是整个物流管理体系中最为重要的一部分，在物流管理中，物流人都在寻求如何降低物流成本各种手段，从而来达到提高第三方利润的物流控制目标。 随着社会的不断发展，人民生活水平不断提高，人们的需求逐渐从简单的温饱转向营养健康环保饮食方向发展，人民对高品质的食物的追求也促进了低温食品产业的不断发展，由此便产生了冷链物流。然而众所周知，冷链物流成本高于常温物流成本，这就要求企业在进行冷链物流服务时要格外注意费用的流向，采用适当的方法保证冷链系统的低成本、高效率运作。我在该论文中引用实际例子“顺丰优选”的冷链物流活动中各项成本管理的现实状态，并针对该成本控制的问题进行分析讨论，参考国内物流的行业特征，有针对性的对“顺丰优选”冷链物流如何降低物流成本提出有建设性的意见和措施，从而提高企业的运营效率，不断降低物流成本，达到优化资源，推进我们物流企业冷链物流成本控制的目的。 关键词：冷链物流；成本控制；控制策略  “Sfbest” cold chain logistics cost control strategy analysis Abstract：Logistics cost control is the logistics management system is an important part of, how to reduce logistics cost has become an important means to improve economic efficiency of logistics.
