信息技术影响下城乡统筹规划的响应与调整——以兰州市榆中县为例的中期报告 摘要： 随着信息技术的迅速发展，城乡统筹规划的响应与调整已成为当前研究的热点。本篇中期报告以兰州市榆中县为例，探讨了信息技术对城乡统筹规划的影响，并提出相应的调整措施。研究发现，信息技术对城乡统筹规划的影响主要表现在三个方面：一是加强了城乡统筹规划的信息化程度，二是对城乡发展模式提出了新要求，三是对城乡空间结构产生了影响。基于此，本文提出有效的调整措施，包括加强信息技术在城乡规划中的应用，促进城乡一体化发展，优化城乡空间结构等。 关键词: 城乡统筹规划；信息技术；城乡发展模式；空间结构；调整措施 Abstract: With the rapid development of information technology, the response and adjustment of urban-rural planning have become the current research hotspot. Taking Yuzhong County, Lanzhou City as an example, this midterm report explores the impact of information technology on urban-rural planning, and proposes corresponding adjustment measures. The study found that the impact of information technology on urban-rural planning mainly manifested in three aspects: first, it enhanced the informatization level of urban-rural planning; second, it put forward new requirements for the development mode of urban-rural areas; third, it had an impact on the spatial structure of urban-rural areas. Based on this, this paper proposes effective adjustment measures, including strengthening the application of information technology in urban-rural planning, promoting the integrated development of urban-rural areas, optimizing the spatial structure of urban-rural areas, etc. Keywords: urban-rural planning; information technology; urban-rural development mode; spatial structure; adjustment measures
