Students will be able to participate in a role-play activity to practice their speaking skills and express their opinions on inviting friends to attend sports events. Teaching Key Points and Difficulties: 1. Vocabulary and Grammar: Students will need to understand and use the vocabulary and grammar structures related to inviting someone to a sports event, such as invitation, participate, join, attend, sports event, etc. 2. Listening Skills: Students will need to listen carefully and follow the conversation about inviting a friend to a sports event. They may have difficulty understanding some of the more complex vocabulary or idiomatic expressions. 3. Speaking Skills: Students will need to participate in a role-play activity to practice their speaking skills and express their opinions on inviting friends to attend sports events. They may struggle with finding the right words or expressing themselves clearly. Teaching Procedure: I. Warm-up (5 minutes) Greet the students and ask them if they have ever invited a friend to a sports event or any other outing. Ask the students to share their experiences and opinions about such events. II. Listening (10 minutes) Play a short video or audio clip about inviting friends to a sports event in English. After watching/listening, ask the students to listen carefully and try to identify the vocabulary and grammar used in the conversation. III.
