In this paper, the entropy method was used to make comprehensive evaluation on the relationship of nature gas supply and demand. the influence indexes were divided from three aspects of material, economics and environment; Comprehensive assessment model of natural gas supply and demand relationship was established based on the entropy weight method with the data of natural gas supply and demand in 2008 to 2012 as relation indexes, comprehensive evaluation of the relationship between supply and demand each year scores of gas were calculated, and the calculating results and the variation were analyzed and discussed.
