Grade 9 English Curriculum Plan
I。Guiding Principles for this Semester:
The n work in the second semester of Grade 9 is crucial。given the pressure and tasks of advancing to higher n and the significant differences in English proficiency levels among the two classes。We need to delve deeper into the textbooks。study practical classroom teaching and review modes based on subject and student characteristics。At the same time。we need to implement hierarchical teaching。expanding the knowledge base for students with a strong n and guiding students with weaker ns to improve and lay a solid n for future learning.
II。Student Analysis:
From the results of the first quality n test。the English learning n of the two Grade 9 classes (1) and (2) is similar to that of other classes。with generally poor English proficiency and few students with good grades。Some students have lost confidence in English。while others find it increasingly challenging。losing interest and not actively participating in class ns。To address this。we need to add interest to our lesson plans to enhance students interest in learning English。We also need to focus on building a solid n for the majority of students。starting from the basics。to avoid impeding their progress.
III。Specific Goals and Measures:
To address the above n。I plan to adjust teaching goals and measures in the following areas:
1.Continue to focus on the requirements of the middle school entrance exam and determine how to improve students language skills:
In listening。students should be able to understand the general idea of the text。grasp the viewpoint in simple language segments。and answer relatively simple ns。In terms of speaking。students should be able to express the general idea of the text using appropriate n and rhythm and briefly express themselves on general topics with r n。Reading n is a key focus。requiring students to understand different viewpoints and attitudes in the reading materials。analyze sentence structures to unders
