摘要 自动化立体仓库（简称AS/RS) 产生于二十世纪五十年代也就是第二次世界大战之后，是用自动化物料搬运设备进行货物出库和入库作业操作的仓库，是现代物流供应链中最为重要的网络结点之一，它在社会的各种不同行业中得到了多种形式的应用。 自动化立体仓库作为现代化物流系统中的重要组成部分，可实现仓库高层合理化，存取自动化，操作简便化；自动化立体仓库，是当前技术水平较高的形式。自动化立体仓库的主体由货架，巷道式堆垛起重机、入（出）库工作台和自动运进（出）及管理控制系统组成。货架是钢结构或钢筋混凝土结构的建筑物或结构体，货架内是标准尺寸的货位空间，巷道堆垛起重机穿行于货架之间的巷道中，在计算机管理下,能按指令自动完成货物的存取作业,并能对库存的货物进行自动化管理。 本论文以目前自动化立体仓库中主要使用的搬运设备一巷道式堆垛机为研究对象,对堆垛机控制系统、自动化立体仓库计算机管理系统进行探讨和钻研。主要研究内容如下： 介绍自动化立体仓库的概念、发展历史、分类和组成。 从总体上介绍了一般的自动化立体仓库的构成，并结合本课题介绍了系统的硬件构成和控制结构。 在对移动货架和堆垛机的控制系统的功能进行了分析的基础上，进行了硬件系统的设计和实现，编制了PLC的程序，实现了货架多段速运行及堆垛机的准确认址和平稳、高效的速度控制。 关键词:自动化立体仓库；仓库堆垛机；控制系统；PLC Abstract Automated warehouse (AS/RS) produced in 1950s is the Second World War, is the use of automated material handling equipment for storage and warehousing operations of the warehouse, is a modern logistics supply chain is the most important one of the network nodes, it has been applied in various forms in various industries in the society. Automated warehouse is an important part of modern logistics system, can realize the warehouse top rationalization, access automation, simple operation; automated warehouse, is the current technical level is higher in the form. Automated warehouse consists of shelves, tunnel type stacking crane, (a) into the database table and automatically into (out of) the composition and management control system. The shelf is steel or reinforced concrete structure of a building or structure, the shelf is a standard size storage space, stacker crane through the tunnel can complete access to management of the inventory of goods. In this paper, the main use of the automated warehouse in the handling of a roadway stacker crane as the research object, the stacker control system, automated warehouse computer management system to explore and study.
