摘要 本文旨在设计一种合理的、准确的计量用户的用热量的装置即智能热能表，实现无人抄表，使得住宅小区各住户的热、水、电、气等仪表，且能够自动计量并将数据远传至物业管理中心，由管理中心统一对各表数据进行录入，然后对数据进行相应的处理，有效提高物业管理的自动化程度和水平。在参考先进技术基础上，研究出新一代的高质量热量表，做到功能完善、适用范围广、长期使用稳定性高，且体积小巧、使用安装便捷、各项技术指标达到或超过进口同类产品，具有较高的性能价格比，以满足市场需求。采集器由单片机系统构成，采集器定时或实时巡检各户机，接收各表具送来的数据信息和工作信息。采集器利用RS-485串行接口完成与 PC 机通信或与下位机的各表具通信的功能。智能热能表(或采集器)安装于每个用户家中，包括流量传感器、温度传感器、单片机系统等部分。流量传感器用以检测热媒的流量，两只温度传感器分别测量供暖装置的进水温度和回水温度。三个信号在单片机中进行处理和积算后得到用户的耗用热能。釤呛俨 关键词： 热量表； 单片机； 温度传感器； 耗用热能； Abstract The purpose of this paper is to design a reasonable and accurate device for measuring the users heat consumption, i.e. intelligent heat meter, to realize the automatic meter reading, so that the heat, water, electricity, gas and other instruments of each household in the residential area can be automatically measured and transmitted to the property management center, which will record the data of each meter in a unified way, and then process the data accordingly, so as to effectively improve the efficiency Automation degree and level of property management.
