摘 要 Ai- 02注塑机专用电脑是日本富士公司根据震雄塑机各部分动作及客户需要设计并 生产，符合JIS各项检验标准。由于该电脑工作稳定、可靠且操作简单易学，较 多的用在中、小型注塑机中。在震雄十余种控制电脑中，Ai- 02 电脑是最具代表意义的一种。由于Ai- 02注塑机专用电脑随着注塑机的发展刚刚进行优化后的新的产品，国内公司普 遍对该注塑机的应用缺乏有效指导。因此开展Ai-02 电脑和JN128- E型精密注塑机的相关应用工作成为一项迫切的任务。 本文首先介绍了Ai-02 电脑的功能和主要特点和JN128- E型精密注塑机，一些主要的与注塑相关参数和注塑机各系统的描述。接着对注 塑机电气部分硬件设计和软件设计进行了详细的分析。最后对制作和调试进行 了总结。 关键词：精密注塑机; Ai-02 电脑; 设计 i Abstract Ai-02 special computer for injection molding machine is designed and manufactured by Fuji Company of Japan according to the actions of all parts of Zhenxiong plastic machine and the needs of customers, which conforms to the inspection standards of JIS. Because the computer is stable, reliable and easy to learn, it is widely used in small and medium-sized injection molding machines. Ai-02 computer is the most representative of more than ten control computers in Zhenxiong. With the development of the injection molding machine, the ai-02 injection molding machine special computer has just been optimized for new products. Domestic companies generally lack effective guidance for the application of the injection molding machine. Therefore, it is an urgent task to carry out the application of ai-02 computer and jn128-e precision injection molding machine. This paper first introduces the function and main features of ai-02 computer, jn128-e precision injection molding machine, some main parameters related to injection molding and the description of each system of injection molding machine.
