摘 要 随着环保问题的日益突出，污染处理已经成为关乎本行业发展的重要因素。制纸厂废水排放 量大、PH 值高、色度高、污染物种类繁多、成分复杂。若不经有效处理而排放，会对环境造成 严重污染。 对于高浓度轻工业废水，“厌氧处理+好氧处理”是目前较好的处理模式。UASB 反应器有机 负荷高，水力停留时间长，无混合搅拌设备，靠发酵过程中产生的沼气的上升运动，使污泥床上 部的污泥处于悬浮状态，并对下部的污泥层也有一定程度的搅动，并且 UASB 反应器内设置三相 分离器，通常不设沉淀池，被沉淀区分离出来的污泥重新回到污泥床反应区内，通常可以不设污 泥回流设备，因此，UASB 反应器已被广泛应用。生物接触氧化法是生物膜法的一种，兼具活性 污泥法和生物膜两者的优点，具有比表面积大，污泥浓度高，污泥龄长，氧利用率高，节省动力 消耗，污泥产量低，运行费用低，设备简单易操作，易维修等工艺特点，在国内外得到广泛的研 究与应用。 本文简单介绍了制浆废水的来源、特性以及主要的处理方法。并根据要求设计了包括预处理， 物化处理和生物处理的污水处理站，污水处理站采用“UASB+生物接触氧化”工艺。设计主要包括 工艺流程中各个构筑物的尺寸的设计与核算，污水处理站的平面及高程布置的计算与说明，污水 处理站的工程预算和运行预算等。 本设计处理后的水应达到《制浆造纸工业水污染物排放标准》GB3544-2008 一级标准。 关键词：制浆废水；UA SB 反应器；生物接触氧化法 abstract With the deterioration of the environment, people pay more and more attention to the protection of the environment.
