“醉成都”市井火锅室内设计 摘 要 随着中国经济的不断发展，许多 80,90 后成为了当今社会消费的主力军，随之而来的 是餐饮行业的不断火爆。而在众多美食当中，火锅更是首当其冲的成为了年轻人的第一选 择。在中国这个拥有几千年文明的东方古老的国度，本就是在民以食为天的文化之下，伴 随华夏炎黄子孙几千年而经久不衰，火锅不仅仅是美食而且是代表了一个地区的一种饮食 文化其中更有自深厚内涵，吃火锅是兄弟姐妹亲朋好友围着热气腾腾的火锅，把酒当歌， 其乐融融的表现，体现了中国人融洽的气氛。与此同时，在火锅美食的前提之下，火锅店 的设计显得也尤为重要，一个地方的环境尤其是餐饮环境对一家店来说可谓是举足轻重。 同时火锅也代表了一种饮食文化，也是一种生活文化，千百年来，传承下来。 关键词：室内设计；传统文化；庭院设计； ABSTRACT With the continuous development of Chinas economy, many post-80s and post-90s have become the main force of social consumption, followed by the continuous popularity of the catering industry.
