“双高”背景下高职院校创新创业教 育与专业教育协同育人研究 “双高”背景下高职院校创新创业教育与专业教育协同育人研 究 摘要：随着我国经济不断发展，人才的供给与需求愈加紧张， 高职院校作为培养技能人才的重要来源，承担着育人使命。当 前，高职教育发展面临着“双高压力：高质量、高水平。因 此，高职院校需要积极探索与创新教育教学机制，注重发展创 新创业教育，推进专业教育和创新创业教育协同发展，实现学 生创新创业能力的全面提升。本文首先探讨了 “双高”背景下 高职院校及教育存在的问题，其次提出了高职院校创新创业教 育与专业教育协同育人的意义与 标，然后分析了影响教育协 同育人的因素，并结合优化教育教学的实践探索了高职院校创 新创业教育与专业教育协同育人的重要途径和具体措施。研究 结果表明，高职院校创新创业教育与专业教育协同育人有助于 提高学生的综合素质和就业竞争力，有助于配合现代经济的发 展，推动技能人才的产业化和职业化。最后提出了高职院校创 新创业教育与专业教育协同育人未来的发展趋势与对策。 关键词：高职教育；创新创业教育；专业教育；协同育人；双 高发展 Abstract: With the continuous development of Chinas economy, the supply and demand of talents are becoming more and more tense. Vocational colleges, as an important source of cultivating skilled talents, bear the mission of educating people. Currently, the development of vocational education is facing the pressure of double high”: high uality and high level. Therefore, vocational colleges need to actively explore and innovate education and teaching mechanisms, pay attention to the development of innovation and entrepreneurship education, promote the coordinated development of professional education and innovation and entrepreneurship education, and achieve comprehensive improvement of students* innovation and entrepreneurship abilities.
