无机非金属材料工艺学教学大纲 一、课程介绍 “无机非金属材料工艺学”是无机非金属材料工程专业的专业教育限定选修课，是无机非金属材料工程专业学生必须掌握的基本专业知识。该课程在引导学生掌握专业知识的同时，注重培养学生在复杂工程中的问题分析能力，设计开发解决方案的能力和研究能力，并能够在设计无机非金属材料工艺过程中考虑社会、环境和可持续发展等问题。 本课程主要介绍水泥、玻璃、陶瓷及耐火材料的工艺学知识，重点介绍硅酸盐水泥、平板玻璃、普通陶瓷及常见耐火材料的原料选择与加工、配方设计与计算、成型及制造方法、工艺过程及影响因素、可能造成的环境污染及解决方法等。内容由四部分组成，第一篇水泥工艺学分为8章，第二篇玻璃工艺学分为6章，第三篇 陶瓷工艺学分为5章，第四篇 耐火材料工艺学分为4章，共56学时，以期末考试+平时成绩形式结课。 Introduction Inorganic Nonmetallic Materials Technology is a limited elective course in the professional education of inorganic nonmetallic materials engineering specialty. It is the basic professional knowledge that students of inorganic nonmetallic materials engineering specialty must master. This course not only guides students to master professional knowledge, but also focuses on training students ability to analyze problems in complex engineering and to design and develop solutions and research. It also considers social, environmental and sustainable development issues in the process of designing inorganic nonmetallic materials. This course mainly introduces the technological knowledge of cement, glass, ceramics and refractories, focusing on the selection and processing of raw materials for Portland cement, flat glass, ordinary ceramics and common refractories, formula design and calculation, forming and manufacturing methods, process and influencing factors, possible environmental pollution and solutions. The content is composed of four parts.
