PAGE 10 某高校学生公寓楼设计 摘 要 本次毕业设计主要是关于房屋建筑中框架结构的设计，通过对专业课程的全方面综合应用，进行建筑、结构和绘图等方面的全面训练，并设计出合理可靠的方案。 该设计课题为《某高校学生公寓楼设计》，结构形式采用全现浇式钢筋混凝土框架结构，基础采用柱下独立基础，横向承重方案，抗震设防烈度为8度，楼板为双向板，楼梯采用板式楼梯。某高校学生公寓楼设计包括的内容有建筑设计和结构设计这两方面的。其中包括建筑设计中的方案设计以及平、立、剖等的设计。某高校学生公寓楼设计的重中之中就是结构设计，它包括了结构的基本选型，恒荷载、活荷载、风荷载以及地震作用的内力组合以及内力计算，一榀框架的梁、柱、板、楼梯、基础等的配筋。 关键词：框架结构；钢筋混凝土柱下独立基础；一榀框架；内力计算。 The design of building three layer dormitory XuChang KaiMei Company Limited ABSTRACT The graduation project is the design of housing construction in the framework structure. The design includes architectural design and structural design of two parts. Architectural design, including flat graphic design, facade design, profile design. the structure design of thi -s graduation design is an important component of the other, including the selection of the str -u structure,the calculation of framework structure under the horizontal loads,the internal forces calculation under the vertical loads, the internal forces composition of horizontal framework,frame column design, continuous beam calculation, beam calculation of frame design,the design ofslab, the design of basis,the design of staircase, the design and calculatio n of the awning.
