Then use analysis of variance to assess each factors contribution，and use chi-square test and logistic regression to compare facto which have influence on peoples job strain. ［Results］ Taking“demand”，“control”，“skill”，and“social support”as the facto determining peoples strain，their scores are statistical significantly different among age goups，educational background，and jobs，but not significant between sex shows that % of the studied group of people are in higher job strain，and it counts as % for science researche and government officials，% for teache，and % for administrato of building-keeping. Multi-way analysis of variance shows that OR for teache and administrato of building-keeping are （）and （）respectively. Theres significant difference between different jobs，but not significant between ages，gender and educational background. ［Conclusion］ Researcher population are in higher job strain than othe，in which teache and administrato of building-keeping
