金属粉末销售与客户关系管理系统的设计与实现 摘 要 随着金属粉末销售数量的增加，客户关系的管理越来越重要。于是金属粉末销售行业的焦点转向了高效管理客户关系的方式上，也就是赢得市场需要赢得客户。针对此问题，人们运用C、Java等语言，相继研制开发出了各种金属粉末销售系统，客户关系管理系统。销售和客户管理系统本身就是结合各种销售的线索和业务与客户业务往来的现金工具，为企业的销售部门办公提供方便，同时系统也提供一些重要数据来协助销售经理和销售人员做出合理的市场方案。市场中为发现潜在的客户就需要客户关系管理系统来实现。并且与客户间的业务往来的记录也需要管理系统，于是在金属粉末销售行业将两者结合已迫在眉睫。现在客户关系管理系统作为金属粉末销售行业的一个重要组成部分，已在经销商、零售商等项目的管理中占有无可取代的重要地位。它在不影响销售记录的情况下，由管理员可以进行销售情况的查询及客户的关系并打印分析报告，有助于销售人员制定合理的销售方案。 本系统需要C#(或者VB)编程,数据库编程，实现客户基本信息和买卖信息的录入、查询、删除、修改和打印，实现对客户回访信息的录入、查询、删除、修改，实现客户买卖的班结、日结、月结。同时实现系统中各种数据的统计功能。该系统的设计采用的平台是visual studio 2010，在此开发工具上进行开发，需要在windows 7进行测试，来保证程序的可行性和安全性。 关键词：金属粉末;销售管理;C#编程;客户关系管理;数据统计分析 The Design and Implementation of EMS and CRM Abstract With the increase in the number of metal powder sales, Customer relationship management is becoming increasingly important.
