Simply put, it concerns all of us. Sustainable alternative fuels and their infrastructure play a key role in the transition to ensure the successful decarbonisa tion of the transport sector. Recharging of vehicles is one of the most important elements when it comes to e-mobility and it must be easy, efficient, and accessible for everybody in society. Legally binding minimum requirements for Member States to deploy EV charging infrastructure will give the European Union the best possible capability to support the required uptake of emobility, in all Member States and across all transport modes.
