6. Revising the First Draft Normally the first draft may contain a lot of mistakes. When revising the draft, you should start from the content which is the soul of the essay, then the organization. The next step is to revise unclear and ineffective sentences and delete unnecessary words. The final step is to correct mistakes in grammar and spelling. 7. Making the final copy After you have carefully revised the draft item by item you are ready to make a clean final copy. In doing so you should proofread your final copy at least twice so that you make sure there are no errors in spelling, grammar and punctuation and try to make your essay perfect. Section III  Manuscript Forms Section III Manuscript Form Writing in correct manuscript form is very important, because it makes it easy to read and prevents misunderstanding. We should follow the general practices in writing the title, leaving the margins, capitalizing, dividing-words and paragraphing. Section III Manuscript Form How should we arrange manuscript form? Regular official paper (size B5 or A4) is usually required. Make your handwriting easy to read and provide enough room for the teacher’s corrections. Leave a margin on each side of the paper about 2.5 centimeters at the top and the left, the right and the bottom. The first line of every paragraph should be indented, left a space of four or five letters. There must be some blank space on the right side of the paper.
