2020年高考英语一轮考点扫描 专题07 强调句 【知识精讲】 (一)英语中常用的强调句型: 1. 用助动词do强调谓语 用助动词do, does, did放在一般现在时或一般过去时的句子中动词原形前,以强调谓语。 He told us what had happened to him. →He did tell us what had happened to him. She gets up early. →She does get up early. 2. 用倒装句来强调以加强语气。 I have never seen such a wonderful film. → Never have I seen such a wonderful film. He studied so hard that he could easily pass the examination. → So hard did he study that he could easily pass the examination. 3. 用what 来加重语气。 He needs money. →What he needs is money. Learning and knowledge are important to us, but a noble character is more important. → Learning and knowledge are important to us, but what is more important is a noble character. 4. 用in the world, on earth, at all 等介词短语来表示强调。 What are you doing in my car? →What in the world are you doing in my car? How did she manage it? →How on earth did she manage it? 5. 用形容词very, only, single 等修饰名词来表示强调。 You are the person who can help us. →You are the only person who can help us. Not a mistake did he make in the exam. →Not a single mistake did he make in the exam. 6. 用It is /was … that …来强调主语、宾语、状语等。 用 It is/was +被强调部分+ that +句子的其他成分(被强调部分如果指人,that也可以用who替代) I met him in the street this morning.→ It was I who met him in the street this morning. (强调主语) It was him that I met in the street this morning.(强调宾语) It was in the street that I met him this morning.(强调地点状语) It was this morning that I met him in the street.(强调时间状语) There is no doubt that those diamonds send brilliant light. →There is no doubt that it is those diamonds that send brilliant light. (二)强调句型需要注意点: 1. 如果原句中谓语动词使用的是现在或将来范畴的时态(一般现在时、现在进行时、现在完成时、现在完成进行时、一般将来时、将来进行时、现在完成进行时等)用It is…that… 2. 如果原句中谓语动词为过去范畴的时态(一般过去时、过去进行时、过去完成时、过去将来时等)则用It was… that… 3. 有时be前可以使用表示推测的情态动词构成强调结构。 It must be Jack who let out the secret. 强调主语用人称代词主格,强调宾语用宾格。 It was I who gave you the book. (不用 me ) It was him that they telehponed. (强调宾格用宾语) 5. 当被强调部分是句子中的时间状语、地点状语时,一般用that。 Einstein was able to come back to his research work
