PAGE 摘 要 此毕业设计是青岛市某小型酒店的建筑设计和结构设计。依据建筑的设计和抗震、建筑布局等各方面的要求，本次毕业设计结构选择框架结构，在结构布置的方面尽量满足安全舒适的使用，并且符合美观等个方面的要求。 作为土木工程专业毕业的一名本科生，毕业设计是我们即将离开大学阶段最为关键的一个环节，毕业设计是对我们整个四年大学所学知识的一次综合运用，它不仅让我们在土木的知识面上系统划，而且使我们所学的知识结构化实践化。经过毕业设计，我们了解了并掌握建筑设计结构设计的全部过程，培养了我们独立解决实际问题的能力和创新能力，并让我们学习到了如何调查研究，收集资料查阅资料和阅读中、外文文献的能力，通过这个完整的毕业设计，把对于有关这个设计的规范、手册、标准图和工程实践中常用的方法有了一个比较系统深刻的认识和了解。 本毕业设计主要包括两部分的设计：其一是建筑设计，其二是结构设计。在设计的过程中本着安全适用美观的原则进行设计，主体用的是主体采用内廊式结构，共四，整个建筑外形呈“一“字外形， 与周边的建筑相互协调，不但满足了实用要求更体现了美观的要求。在选择材料方面优先考虑 安全耐用，然后才是价格合理经济实惠的条件要求。整个建筑从方案选型到结构设计都严格按照设计 手册及相关规范，在构造方面也进行充分考虑，以满足住宿功能要求。 关键词：框架结构，抗震，酒店 Abstract This graduation design is the design of a small hotel Qingdao architectural design and structural design.
