PAGE PAGE 36 城市居住适宜性的评价研究——以苏州为例 摘要：随着城市化的快速发展,城市居住适宜性问题越来越受到人们的普遍关注。国内外许多学者都对城市居住适宜性进行了研究，为城市人居环境建设提供了宝贵意见。本文以可持续发展理论、生态城市理论等为指导，对苏州城市人居环境的自然环境、社会经济、居住条件、基础设施四大系统进行了客观建设水平和人居满意度两方面的评价,真实地反映了苏州市区人居环境的现状。在客观评价方面，选取了26个评价指标，建立苏州城市居住适宜性评价指标体系，通过运用SPSS软件对数据进行主成分分析；在主观评价方面，通过调查问卷形式在苏州各区进行调查，依据综合评价模型对问卷进行满意度计算，得到苏州市城市居住满意度评价结果。对客观评价与主观评价进行综合分析，从而总结出苏州人居环境建设存在的问题，并提出相关的对策与建议，为苏州提升居住适宜性、优化人居环境提供了可靠的理论依据。 关键词：人居环境；城市宜居性；主成分分析；评价；苏州 Study about urban residential suitability ——take Suzhou as an example Abstract: With the rapid development of urbanization, urban residential suitability problem is getting more attention. Many domestic and foreign scholars have studied the urban residential suitability, they provide valuable advice for the urban environment construction. Based on the theory of sustainable development and ecological city theory as the instruction, we make objective and subjective evaluation on the living environment of Suzhou in city natural environment, social economy, the living conditions and infrastructure systems, to reflect the current situation of the urban living environment in Suzhou. In term of objective evaluation, we select 26 evaluation index to set up urban residential suitability evaluation index system, and analyse the data by using principal component analysis of SPSS software ; In term of subjective evaluation, we use questionnaire to investigate residentions from different districts, satisfaction questionnaire is calculated according to the comprehensive evaluation model in order to get the results of Suzhou urban residential satisfaction evaluation. Then we make comprehensive analysis of objective evaluation and subjective evaluation, and summarize the problems existing in the residential environment construction in Suzhou, so that we can put forward relevant suggestions to improve the residential suitability of Suzhou and optimize the living environment..
