PAGE PAGE 24 城镇化背景下农村老年人口的经济供养问题及其对策分析 摘要：本文在我国城镇化迅速发展，人口老龄化日益严重的背景下，通过对云南、安徽、浙江这三个代表省份中农村老年人口的生活状况和经济供养情况进行比较，并以此来分析其中存在的差异、公平等问题，同时结合农村老年人口在经济保障方面的地域特征和地域差异进行分析，提出相应的解决建议。在本问题中通过文献研究对农村老年人口的经济供养问题进行论述性的定性研究，在探讨整个中国农村老年人的经济供养体系的现状及其特点的基础上分析经济发展程度不同的代表性地区的农村老年人的经济供养所存在的问题，在传统的家庭养老的基础上重点讨论积极老龄化对农村老年人口经济来源的影响以及其存在的优劣势。通过结合国家相关政策和一些国际经验给出改善农村老年人口生存状况和农村养老保障体制的建议和对策。 关键词：老年人口；经济供养；积极老龄化；城镇化 The problems and the countermeasures of the rural elderly populations economic support under the background of Urbanization Abstract: This article is based on the background that the rapid development of urbanization in China and population aging is becoming more and more serious .The article compares the living conditions and economic support of rural elderly population in three provinces(Yunnan, Anhui, Zhejiang) to analyze the difference between the three provinces, the fairness and regional characteristics in the economic security of the elderly population in rural areas , and puts forward some corresponding solutions. In this problem,the author researches on the elderly population’s economic support in the rural areas through literature research,and analysises the representative of different levels of economic development of elderly support economic in the rural based on the status and characteristics of the rural elderly China , and then the article focuses on active aging effect on the rural elderly population’s economic support as well as the advantages and disadvantages of its existence based on the traditional family endowment.At last,through learning the relevant national policies and international experience to give some suggestions and countermeasures to improve the living conditions of the rural elderly population and the rural old-age security system.
