M ethods: M R 30 . : 10 ( 33. 3% ) findings f subdural hemat mas in every stage in cases w ere studied retr spectively Results cases w ere f und with tw lesi ns in b th sided f head. M st f the lesi ns w ere in crescentf rms, th e lesi ns l ked likelensin shape n c r nal, ax ial and saggittal secti ns w ere in 14, 4 and 6 cases respectively. The signal intensity f lesi ns was is intense n T1- W I and hyperintense n T2 - W I in acute stage(≤ 2 days) ; Hyperintense n b th - - ( 3- 14 ) ( 14 ) T1 W I and T2 W I in subacute day s and chr nic day s stage and a small am unt f is intense area in lesi n w ere dem nstrated. Conclusion: Subdural hemat ma in every stage has bvi us findings at M R imaging , and , chr nic subdural hemat mas appeared hyp ris density at CT s auth rs suggest that M RI is the first ch ice f r subdural hemat mas.
