重庆市进出口贸易平衡发展战略研究 摘 要 作为中国的西南部直辖市，直辖后的重庆慢慢发展成为内陆开放高地和长江在我国西南流域的金融及外贸物流中心，在带动西部区域经济发展中起到了重要的作用。进出口贸易对重庆经济发展意义重大，政府应设法保持贸易基本平衡，有利于促进经济态势良好运行。本文通过探讨重庆贸易发展的现状以及现阶段必须解决的问题，发现重庆进出口贸易存在易受国际经济形势影响、商品结构不合理，进出口产品集中于附加值低的工业产品、外贸依存度较低且高级人才匮乏、重庆区域发展水平悬殊的问题，对此提出了不断优化升级进出口贸易结构、大力发展旅游业、利用临江的优势大力发展港口贸易，提高进口在贸易所占的份额，进一步带动周边贫困区县经济发展，促进区县生态农产品品牌建设的意见，为重庆进出口贸易平衡发展提供参考建议，促进重庆市经济发展从而进一步打造成为国际化大都市。 关键词:重庆进出口贸易现状、产业结构现状 问题与研究；进出口贸易平衡发展战略 Research on the strategy of balanced development of Chongqing’s import and export trade Abstract As a municipality in the southwest of China, Chongqing has gradually developed into an inland open city, which is also a financial and foreign trade logistics center of the Yangtze river in the southwest of China, which plays an important role in improving the economic development of the western area in China. Import and export trade is of great significance to Chongqing’s economic development, the government should try to maintain the basic balance of trade in import and export, which benefits the good operation of the economy. this paper discusses the current status of trade development in Chongqing as well as the problems must be solved at present stage, found that Chongqing import and export trade is easily affected by the global economic situation, product structure is unreasonable, low value-added products focused on import and export of industrial products, foreign trade dependence is low, lack of senior talents, and there is still a big gap in Chongqing regional development, this paper gives some advice of constantly upgrading import and export trade structure, vigorously develop tourism, taking advantage of the river to develop the port trade, improve the import in trade share, further improve surrounding poverty county economic development, promote county ecological agricultural products brand construction, so as to provides some Suggestions for the balanced development of Chongqin’s import and export trade, promotes the economic development of Cho
