PAGE 41 年产3万吨环保EPDM地垫的生产工艺设计 摘 要 本设计以年产3万吨环保EPDM地垫为目标进行生产工艺设计，通过对主要原料EPDM的聚合方式和经济成本联系实际情况进行分析后，选择使用溶液聚合工艺连续生产以ENB为第三单体的EPDM，并以其为主要原料制备了环保型EPDM橡胶地垫。在现有配方的基础上通过替换所添加的助剂使其环保性更高，在查阅资料后选定了EPDM地垫的生产配方中使用的环保添加剂以及各种助剂的配比，所选助剂如综合促进剂EG-75保证了产品的环保性和安全性，替代了DOP等有害塑化剂并起到同等作用，其次EG-75在硫化过程中有着较长的焦烧期和较稳定的硫化时间，硫化效果较稳定，且生产的产品没有明显的刺激性气味，能够在密闭的室内使用；加入的氢氧化铝能够改善其阻燃性，氯化石蜡70的阻燃持久性也较为优良，同时还兼有抗静电、抗紫外线以及防水的作用，因此进一步了提高EPDM地垫的耐候性。 在给出生产工艺流程中的配方原料、工艺条件、聚合方法以及加工方法后，对主要设备进行了工艺计算，根据计算结果确定了主要设备的类型和规格，并根据所设计的工艺路线绘制出带控制点的工艺流程图。 关键词：三元乙丙橡胶；EPDM橡胶地垫；环保；生产工艺 Production process design of environmental EPDM mats with annual output of 30,000 tons Abstract In this design, the production process is designed with an annual output of 30,000 tons of environmentally friendly EPDM floor mats.
