PAGE I PAGE I 中小企业财务管理问题及对策研究 摘 要 国内的市场经济主要由中小型企业组成，中小企业是优化我国社会主义市场经济结构、增长国内经济、增长就业的关键力量。但是一些中小企业内部管理水平不高，导致中小企业存在许多需要解决的问题，特别是财务管理方面出现了诸多问题。在企业的管理体系中财务管理是较为关键的一个环节，良好的财务管理机制和水平可以促进企业持续发展。本文以现代财务管理理论为依据，结合中小企业的发展现状，探讨分析了中小型企业在发展过程中遇到的融资难、账款回收低等财务管理问题并且针对性提出了相应的解决方案，希望可以促进中小型企业的经济发展，以此来推动国内经济的发展。 关键词：中小企业；财务管理；融资贷款；财务人员素质 PAGE II PAGE II Study on financial management problems and countermeasures of small and medium-sized enterprises Abstract The domestic market economy is mainly composed of small and medium-sized enterprises, small and medium-sized enterprises is to optimize the structure of Chinas socialist market economy, the growth of the domestic economy, the growth of employment is the key force. However, these enterprises are restricted by management, system, policy and scale in the process of development, resulting in many problems to be solved, especially in financial management. In this paper, combined with the development of small and medium-sized enterprises, based on the modern financial management theory, discusses analyzes the small and medium-sized enterprise financing difficulties encountered in the process of development, low payment collection of financial management problems and put forward reasonable solution, hoping to promote the economic development of small and medium enterprises, in order to promote the development of the domestic economy.
