Module 4 Unit1 Thanksgiving is my favorite festival FUN WITH ENGLISH STUDENTS’ BOOK 说教材 说学情 说目标 说重难点 说教法 说教学过程 .说板书设计 　This lesson is listening and speaking lesson.The conten is module 4 unit 1foreign language teaching and reseach press.It mainly talks about festival .It s realeted to students daily life,so they can understand the lesson easily. They are in grade six .They have leant English for three years ,its easy for them to understand the simple words and sentences .Becise,they are active and have strong curiousity for English. Based on analysis above and new curriculum standard I set 3 teaching aims. Knowledge aim to let students learn new words such as football、bicycle and so on.Sentense pattens :What do people do on Thanksgiving day ?They always have a special meal. Ability aim to improve their ability of listenning、speaking and writing Emotion aim to foster students consciousness of good cocperation and proper competition . Key point :students can master the key words and sentences Difficult point to let students use these sentences to communiacate with others . In order to achieve these aims I will adopt taske- based teaching mathod,communicative teaching method and situationnal teaching approach. I mainly use ppt muti-media and blackboard to help students understand this lesson.
