摘要 摘要内容：汽车金融是在汽车生产、流通和销售步骤中融通资金金融活动，关键包含资金筹集、信贷经营、抵押贴现、证券发行和交易和相关保险、投资活动，它是汽车业和金融业相互渗透肯定结果。在当今世界，发展汽车金融服务业已经成为主流趋势，国外汽车金融服务业已相当发达。近几年，中国汽车行业飞速发展，但能够为企业带来高盈利性汽车金融业却发展缓慢，所以，中国也应该加紧汽车金融服务业发展步伐，促进中国汽车业和金融业共同发展。 本文分为五个部分，首先概述了汽车金融含义，从其发展历史、特点和汽车金融优势多个方面了解中国汽车金融业；以后介绍了中国汽车金融业现实状况；接着对中国汽车金融业所产生问题进行研究分析；最终提出了自己部分提议和想法，以期促进中国汽车金融业快速发展。本文创新点在于结合中国发展汽车金融市场特有本身优势进行分析并提出了细化汽车金融产品提议。 关键词：汽车金融；市场潜力；创新：产品细化 Abstract The automobile finance is a financial activities that circulate funds between the car’s production circulation and consumption. It mainly includes raising fund, the application of credit and loan, the mortgage and The discount, the securities trading and some other relevant activities of insurance and investment. It’s a corollary of the mutual penetration between the automobile industry and the finance industry. In the world, Developing the automobile finance is already a key trade. The foreign automobile finance industry has been already well-developed. Recent years, China’s automobile industry has developed rapidly. But our automobile finance industry which brings us more profits develops slowly. So, our country should develop our own automobile finance more rapidly to promote the development of both the auto industry and the finance industry. This article is divided into five parts. Firstly, it introduces the definition of the automobile finance from its history，feature and advantages. Then It talk about the current situation of China’s automobile finance industry. Next, It do some researches to analyze those problems. At last, I give some my suggestions to develop the automobile finance industry. The innovation of this article is combined with the analysis of our special advantages in developing China’s automobile finance industry to give some reasonable suggestions.
