废旧衣物回收模式和网络构建——以广东省连州市市区为例 【摘要】随着人们生活水平的提高、消费需求的不断升级，衣物的淘汰速度逐渐加快，从而导致每年有大量的衣物处于闲置状态，造成资源的浪费。近年来，我国出台了一系列政策促进废旧衣物回收，在部分地区收获了明显成效，居民的回收意识也得到了增强。但国内大部分地区的衣物回收率仍处于较低水平，回收宣传不到位和回收网络不完善是其主要原因。 本文采用案例分析的方法，以广东省连州市市区为例，通过问卷调查、走访等方式了解当地居民废旧衣物回收现状，并通过对比分析，为当地选择回收模式提出建议，最后利用重心法对当地的回收物流网络进行完善。 通过研究，本文认为“公益组织+回收箱”是目前最符合连州市实际情况的回收模式，“互联网+回收”的模式可作为未来发展的目标。结合现有回收点的具体信息，本文运用重心法为连州市市区选出一个回收中心，完善了当地“回收点+回收中心”的网络体系。 【关键词】废旧衣物；回收物流；回收物流模式；回收物流网络 Waste Clothes Recycling Logistics Model and Network Construction——Taking Lianzhou City, Guangdong Province as an Example [Abstract] With the improvement of peoples living standard and continuous upgrading of consumer demand, the speed of clothing elimination is faster and faster. As a result, a large number of clothes are idle every year, resulting in waste of resources. In recent years, China has issued a series of policies to promote the recycling of waste clothing, which has achieved remarkable results in some areas, and the recycling awareness of residents has also been enhanced. However, the recovery rate of clothing in most areas of China is still at a low level. The main reasons are that the recycling publicity is not in place and the recycling network is not perfect. In this paper, the method of case analysis is used, taking Lianzhou City of Guangdong Province as an example, through questionnaire survey, interview and other ways to understand the current situation of local residents waste clothing recycling. And through the comparative analysis, make recommendations for the local choice of recycling mode, and finally use the center of gravity method to improve the local recycling logistics network. Through research, this paper holds that public welfare organization + recycling bin is the most suitable mode of recovery in Lianzhou, and the mode of Internet plus recycling can serve as the goal of future development.
