供应链环境下的企业采购流程优化研究 ——以广州卓腾科技有限公司为例 【摘要】随着经济贸易飞速发展，企业间的竞争日益激烈，而企业间的竞争更多地体现在供应链之间的竞争。采购是供应链中最重要的环节之一，参与从供应到需求之间的物流、资金流、信息流和业务流动的全部过程，对企业的成本和利润产生影响。但是，由于很多企业的采购流程比较复杂，采购制度不规范，采购周期长，导致采购成本占企业的总成本很大一部分，直接影响到企业的盈利，企业需要对采购流程优化予以重视，从而降低采购成本，提高企业在市场中的竞争力，使供应链得到高效的运作。 本文以广州卓腾科技有限公司为例，通过实地调查的方式来收集数据，了解企业采购流程的现状，基于ASME分析法分析企业的采购流程，结合ECRS原则、流程优化方面的理论知识对该企业的采购流程进行优化研究。 【关键词】采购流程；流程优化；ASME分析法 A Research on the optimization of enterprise procurement process in supply chain environment ——a case study of GuangZhou ZhuoTeng Technology Limited Company [Abstract]With the economy rapidly developing, the competition in companies is increasingly fierce, and the competition in companies is more reflected in the competition of supply chains. Purchasing is one of the most important part in the supply chain. The procurement influents the cost and profit of companies, link the supply and demand with logistics, cash flow, information flow and business flow. However, because a lot of enterprise purchasing process is more complex, procurement system is not standard, the purchasing cycle is long, lead to purchase cost accounts for a significant portion of the total cost of the enterprise, directly affect the enterprises profit. In order to decrease purchasing cost and improve competition of companies in the market, companies need pay attention to optimizing procurement process. This paper takes GuangZhou ZhuoTeng technology co., ltd. as an example. To understand the company procurement process, I go to the company to collect the date, and use ASME analysis method to analyze the procurement process. Finally, based on the ECRS principle and the theoretical knowledge of process optimization, this paper studies the optimization of the companys procurement process and puts forward appropriate Suggestions.
