电商背景下农村物流配送模式选择研究 【摘要】随着互联网以及电商的发展，农村网民数量规模的增加、电商企业渠道的下沉以及国家政府政策的扶持，农村市场逐渐成为电商企业发展的新蓝海。本文旨在分析了解农村物流的特点现状和配送中的问题，通过指标体系的构建及分析，让电商企业在面对农村市场时，从四种物流配送模式中，选择适合企业自身发展的模式。构建的模式选择指标体系中，一级指标有四个，分别是企业自身经营能力、物流的配送成本、物流的服务质量以及农村物流的发展现状，二级指标有16个，并通过层次分析法对所构建的各指标进行一致性检验以及总优度排序，最后提出电商背景下农村物流配送模式选择的建议对策。 【关键词】电商背景；农村物流；配送模式指标体系；AHP法 Study on Rural Logistics Distribution Mode Selection under The Background of The Electronic Commerce [Abstract] With the development of the Internet and e-commerce, the increase in the number of rural netizens, the sinking of e-commerce enterprise channels, and the support of the national government, the rural market has become a new blue ocean for the development of e-commerce enterprises. This paper aims to understand the current situation of rural logistics by analyzing the current characteristics of rural logistics and the problems in logistics distribution, and by building an evaluation index system for the selection of logistics distribution models, the paper analyzes the self-operated logistics distribution model, third-party logistics distribution model, Common distribution logistics distribution mode and 3 + 1 logistics distribution mode, these four logistics distribution modes are analyzed, and the logistics distribution mode suitable for e-commerce enterprises should be selected when facing the rural market. In the model selection index system constructed, there are four first-level indicators, which are the companys own operational capabilities, logistics distribution costs, logistics service quality, and rural logistics development status. There are 16 second-level indicators, which are analyzed by AHP Consistency test and overall superiority ranking of the constructed indexes are made, and finally the proposed countermeasures for the selection of rural logistics distribution model under the background of e-commerce are put forward.
