生命回顾疗法提升老年人生活满意度的运用探索 ——以佛山市新兴社区幸福院为例 【摘要】在人口老龄化趋势的发展下，关注老年人的生活状态与其生活满意度是大势所趋。本研究运用生命回顾疗法，以马斯洛需求层次理论与埃里克森生命周期理论为基础，通过实验研究法中的单组前后测方法，以社工干预与直系孙辈干预两个主体维度对健康老人运用生命回顾疗法，探讨两者运用效果的异同。总体来说，社工运用生命回顾疗法效果较直系孙辈效果更佳；生命回顾疗法对于男性老年人，在弥补过去经历中的遗憾上更有价值；关系紧密的祖孙运用效果明显更好。社工干预以访谈技巧贯穿整个过程，而孙辈运用时偏向于日常闲聊；社工与受访者的关系相对确定，而祖孙关系、孙辈性格具有不确定性。结论如下：一，家庭提供最主要的社会支持网络与情感慰藉；二，自我认知水平与自尊、自我效能感呈正相关；三，老年人普遍持有生命意义与自我实现的三种态度。 【关键词】生命回顾疗法；健康老年人；生活满意度 Exploration on the application of life review therapy to improve the life satisfaction of the elderly —— Taking Foshan Xinxing Community Happiness Institute as an example [Abstract]Under the development of population aging trend, it is the general trend to pay attention to the living state of the elderly and its life satisfaction. Based on Maslows hierarchy of needs theory and Erikssons life-cycle theory, this study used life-review therapy in healthy elderly with two main dimensions of social worker intervention and In general, life-review therapy is more effective for social workers than for immediate grandchildren. Life-review therapy is more valuable for older men and women in making up for past regrets. Social worker intervention runs through the whole process with interview skills, while grandchildren tend to use daily chat; the relationship between social workers and interviewees is relatively certain, while the relationship between grandparents and grandchildren is uncertain. The conclusions are as follows: first, the family provides the most important social support network and emotional comfort; second, the level of self-cognition is positively related to self-esteem, self-efficacy; third, the elderly generally hold three attitudes of life meaning and self-realization.
