PAGE PAGE 13 跨境电商转型的问题与对策研究 -以植秀进出口有限公司为例 摘要 目前的国际贸易形势不容乐观，中小外贸企业面临严峻考验。随着互联网融入对外贸易的第三种方式，外贸企业电子商务的跨境转型已成为现实。与传统的国际贸易方式相比，新的跨境电子商务更具有优势，但也在转型在过程中遇到了阻碍和难题。因此，针对传统外贸企业转型发展跨境电商现状和问题的分析，以及解决对策的提出，为中小外贸企业跨境电商健康发展提供一些借鉴或经验，使其国内外贸企业跨境电商转型朝向更好的发展。 本文以植秀进出口有限公司为研究对象，对其发展现状以及发展过程中出现的问题进行分析，并提出了相应的解决对策，希望有助于植秀进出口有限公司大力发展跨境电商的同时，为其他外贸企业转型发展跨境电商提供借鉴，从而推动我国对外经济贸易的繁荣发展。 关键词：外贸企业 跨境电商 转型升级 Abstract The current international trade situation is not optimistic, and small and medium-sized foreign trade enterprises are facing a severe test.
