学海无涯苦作舟! 学海无涯苦作舟! 毕业设计（论文） 中文题目： 优化乘务组织提高乘务效率 学习中心： 远程与继续教育学院 专 业： 姓 名： 学 号： 丄 指导教师： 中文摘要 在铁路运输运营中，乘务管理是客运部门所面临的既具体又关键的问题之 一。乘务排班问题是乘务管理的核心问题， 合理的排班对于减少运营中乘务费用 支出，提高运营效益有着极其重要的意义。 传统的旅客列车乘务模式的基本特点是： 以客车的车底交路为基础，在列车 编组中设宿营车，每辆客车设乘务室。从列车的始发站上车，到终点站下车，乘 务人员跨线、跨局值乘，运行途中在列车上实行双班轮班作业。 本课题首先从介绍我国铁路运营特点入手，借鉴国内外乘务计划的编制现 状，通过分析我国现行乘务组的值乘特点、 值乘方式及乘务计划的评价指标， 提 出了优化乘务组织的需求目标。通过对现行乘务组织的特点分析，在研究现行乘 务组织不能完全满足要求的情况下，设想怎样对乘务组织进行局部的调整和优 化，最后从实用性的角度出发构建新乘务组织的实施过程。 关键词：乘务工作；乘务组织；乘务效率；服务质量 英文摘要 In the railway tran sport operati ons, crew man ageme nt is one of the key problems is con crete and passe nger sectors face.
