宁波梅山保税港区对宁波未来经济的影响毕业论文 毕业论文 (20_ _届) 宁波梅山保税港区对宁波未来经济的影响 摘 要 中国保税区作为中国对外开放的前沿,经过十多年的开发建设在经济总量上取得了令人瞩目的成绩,但是保税区设立的三大主体功能并没有得到完全的发挥。宁波梅山保税港区是浙江省唯一的保税港区,对于长三角南翼经济体的经济发展起到了不可替代的作用。建设宁波梅山保税港区,是国家加快实施自由贸易区战略的重大举措,是浙江省推进“港航强省”的重要栽体,也是宁波市全面建设现代化国际港口城市的重要支撑。2010年06月29日,梅山岛顺利通过了国务院联合验收组的正式验收,标志着梅山保税港区进入了实质性运营的新阶段。 本文以宁波梅山保税港区为研究对象,围绕宁波梅山保税港区的建立对宁波经济发展的影响,以及梅山保税港区在未来发展中可能碰到的基础和港口功能不完善、配套能力功能欠缺等问题展开分析,在此基础上通过对梅山保税港区和洋山保税港区的对比分析,找到洋山的可借鉴之处,得出宁波梅山保税港区在建设中,政府应强化规划引领,加大基础设施的建设,积极引进人才,找准定位。 关键词:梅山保税港区;洋山保税港区;经济发展;相关影响 Abstract Free Trade Zones, which acted as frontline of China’s opening to the outside world policy, had made outstanding achievement after over a decade years’ development in GDP growth. Ningbo Free Trade Zone is the only free trade zone in Zhejiang Province, the southern wing of Yangtze River Delta economic development of economy has played an irreplaceable role. Construction of Meishan Bonded Port Area, Free Trade Area of the national strategy to accelerate the implementation of major initiatives, Zhejiang Province is promoting the incoming province, an important plant body, but also in Ningbo City, a modern international port city of building an important support. In this paper, as the research object Meishan Bonded Port Area, Ningbo Mei mountains surrounding the establishment of the Ningbo Bonded Zone economic development and the development of Meishan Bonded Port Area in the future issues that may be encountered in the analysis, the basis on Meishan Bonded Port and Yangshan Bonded Port Area were compared to find the Yangshan can be learn from.
