摘 要 本设计是轻型钢结构厂房，采用的是轻型门式钢架体系，建筑质 量轻，强度高且跨度大，钢结构建筑施工工期较短，相应的降低 资成本,在 国内有着较为广泛的应用前景。轻型钢结构屋面荷载较轻，所以杆件截面 较小、较薄。它除了具有普通钢结构自重较轻、材质均匀、加工制造简单、应 力计算准确可靠、运输安装方便、工业化程度高等特点外，还具有用料较省、 取材方便、自重更轻等优点。 本设计主要为结构设计。结构设计部分包括结构选型和布置、荷 载计算、吊车梁设计、抗风柱设计、檩条和墙梁设计、门式钢架设计、支撑 设计、基础设计、节点设计。各部分都详细演算了主要构件的计算过程。 本次设计图纸部分有：结构设计说明书、厂房平面 、立面剖面、节点 详 、刚架施工 、吊车梁施工 、厂房檩条墙梁布置 、支撑布置 、基 础平面布置 。 关键词： 轻型钢结构厂房； 门式刚架； 结构设计； 门式钢架设 计。 I Abstract The design for the light steel structure plant, the use of light portal frame system, the construction of light steel structure light weight, high strength, large-span, steel structure construction period short, lower investment costs, economic benefits.
